摘要
西部地区高校提升教师教学能力面临着几个特殊的困难:优秀人才相对短缺、教学经费相对紧缺、教学管理相对弱化、教师负担相对较重。而提升西部地区教师教学能力,有利于提高人才培养质量和学校的竞争力,有利于促进教师个人的发展,也有利于促进高等教育公平。对此,教育主管部门、学校领导、有关职能部门和学校基层单位以及教师本人都要各司其职、通力合作,形成促进西部地区高校教师教学能力提升的强大合力。
The universities in western region faced several difficulties to promote college teachers' teaching abili ty: the relative shortage of excellent talents, the teaching funds are relatively scarce, the teaching management is relatively weakening, and the burden of teachers is relatively heavy. Meanwhile, to enhance the teachers' teaching ability of the western region could help to improve the quality of talent training and the university's competitiveness, promote teachers' personal development, and promote the equity of higher education. There fore, the education authorities, the university leadership, the relevant functional departments, the basic unit of the university and teachers should perform their duties and act with united strength, and then promote to form the powerful resultant force of the teaching ability of western region's universities teachers.
