人才培养方案是高校人才培养的纲领性文件,制定个性化人才培养方案是高校为提高人才培养质量而进行的人才培养改革的一种趋向。总结长期以来我国高校人才培养存在的问题,研究国内外人才培养模式的现状与趋势,并通过介绍南京师范大学对个性化人才培养方案的探索和实践,旨在为国内高校个性化人才培养模式、人才培养方案的改革提供可资借鉴的参考。

The talent training plan is a programmatic document of training talent of colleges and universities, to formulate the individualized talents training program in Colleges and universities is the＂ trend to improve the quality of talents training by the talent training reform. The article summarized the problems long-term existed in talents training of our country universities, studied status and trends of abroad personnel training mode, and through the introduction of exploration and practice of individualized talents training plan Nanjing Normal Uni- versity, that aimed to provides valuable reference for the reform of personalized mode of talent training and tal ent training plan in domestic universities.
