Science and technology has been a powerful boost to the development of modern sports, but sports is embodied in the human quest for beauty. This paper proposed to make aesthetics and techno]!ogy become two wings for sports training and extension. When physical workers develop and show the images of beauty, moral beauty consciously, which will be the source of sports development.
