摘要
设计了一种应用于低温介质密度测量的电容式密度计,传感器采用多层同心圆筒的结构,并用整体屏蔽法对测量系统进行屏蔽保护,有效的克服了电容式传感器寄生电容大、抗干扰能力弱等缺点,同时选用数字信号处理芯片(DSP)作为测量系统的CPU,增强了信号处理能力,结合相应的数字处理算法很好的提高了测量的精度和稳定度。
In this paper, a capacitance-type densimeter was designed to measure density of cryogenic medium. The sensor was constitute of muhilayer concentric cylinders, and use bulk shielding method to protect measurement measuring system, it can reduce the large parasitic capacitance and to improve the anti-interference ability. At the same time, use digital signals process chip （ DSP ） as CPU, combined with digital signals process arithmetic can evidently increase the measurement accura- cy and stability.
