征地冲突的复杂性及主体刺激—反应模型

Complexity of Land Requisition Conflicts and the Stimulus-Response Model of the Agents

研究目的:探讨征地冲突中各利益主体的行为逻辑及主体与环境之间相互影响机制,建立征地冲突中的主体刺激—反应模型。研究方法:复杂适应性理论,刺激—反应模型,案例分析。研究结果:(1)征地冲突具有复杂性系统的聚集性、非线性、动态性、流特性以及多层次性5个显著特征;(2)征地冲突系统的适应性机制包括微观层面的主体适应性行为和宏观层面的群体动态演化机制;(3)征地冲突主体的反应型、决策型等适应性行为通过刺激—反应模型中的探测器、执行系统和效应器得以表征。研究结论:刺激—反应模型能够清晰刻画复杂的征地冲突系统,有助于厘清征地冲突各利益主体的行为逻辑及其与宏观环境的交互作用机理,从而为征地冲突治理提供参考。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the complexity and the behavior logic of the agents in the conflicts of land requisition, and to build Stimulus-Response Model among related agents. Methods employed include Complex Adaptive Theory, Stimulus-Response Model and case analysis. The results indicate that 1 ） there are five characteristics of complex system in the conflicts of land requisition. The features are aggregated, non-linear, dynamic, unstable and multi-levels. 2） the adaptive mechanisms of land requisition conflicts include the adaptive behavior of individual agent and the evolution of group. 3 ） the reactive and decision behavior of agents in land requisition conflicts can be reflected by the detector, operating system and effector of Stimulus-Response Model. It is concluded that the Stimulus-Response Model is a good tool to understand the agents＇ behavior in land requisition and is helpful to govern the conflicts of land requisition.
