直接空冷式凝汽器三维流场特性数值模拟

摘要 对A字形布置的单排管直接空冷凝汽器单元进行分析,建立了凝汽器单元内三维流动的物理数学模型,并进行了相应的数值模拟计算。分析了环境因素(环境温度)以及不同运行工况(风机转速、风机叶片安装角)对凝汽器单元流场特性的影响规律,为直接空冷凝汽器设计和优化提供科学依据。 Based on the unit analysis on the direct air-cooled condenser of A font style with single row tube bundle, a physical & mathematical model of 3D-flow inside the unit of direct-cooled condenser has been established. Moreover, the numerical simulation calculation was also carried out. The laws of the environmental factors (ambiance temperature) and different working conditions (like rotation speed of fan, setting angle of fan blade) affecting the unit flow characteristics of direct air-cooled condenser have also been analyzed so as to offer a scientific basis for the design of the direct-cooled condenser and its optimization.
