摘要
核电机组中的分体式除氧器,在结构上分为除氧头外壳、除氧头内件和水箱等几个部份。其除氧头外壳与水箱的制造难点是外壳的成形及除氧头与水箱的对接。除氧头内件的制造难点是内件的装配顺序、天井板的制造成形、天井板与喷嘴的装配方法、除氧盘和分配皿的安装方式等。针对这些制造难点进行了研究,并给出了解决问题的方法。
The nuclear power separated deaerator can be divided into deaerator shell, deaerator internals, storage tank and others. The manufacturing difficulties of deaerator shell and storage tank are shell forming and abutment between the deaerator section and the storage tank. The manufacture difficulties of deaerator internals are the assembly sequence, patio panel manufacturing, patio plate and nozzle assembly, and distribution tray and tray in the installation. In this paper, some of these manufacturing difficulties are studied and some solutions are given.
