摘要
通过分析某型筒身的非向心马鞍型坡口结构,利用函数建立了该坡口的三维模型。在加工时,将刀具自转及机床主轴公转的加工轨迹映射到三维模型中,实现了数控机床对该坡口的虚拟加工。应用数控系统可运行函数的功能,创建了参数化的坡口程序。在数控系统中不能同时运行多个变量,所以将部分程序进行了嵌套,并以此程序完成了对模拟件的加工,印证了该程序的编写成功。
A three dimensional model of the groove has been set up in use of the function base on the analysis on the non centripetal saddle groove of a certain type of cylinder body. The tool rotation and revolution of machine tool spindle machining trajectory are mapped on the 3D model, which realizes the virtual machining of the groove on a CNC machine. The function in numerical control system can be used to create parameter groove procedures. Because the NC system cannot simultaneously run multiple variables of the nested procedures, eventually this program design is completed. The success of the analog parts for the processing proves that the design is feasible.
