摘要
红外波段的全固态单频激光器在民用和军用领域都具有重要应用价值,是全固态激光器的重要发展方向之一。概述了实现全固态单频激光器的主要技术手段和典型的工作原理,总结了1.064μm,1.5μm~1.6μm和2μm波段红外全固态单频激光器的主要研究方向和国内外研究进展,分析对比了各波段全固态单频激光器的主要实验方法的优缺点,最后对未来全固态单频激光器的发展前景进行了分析和展望。
Single-frequency all-solid-state infrared lasers are very important for commercial and military applications. Their typical principle and the technical approaches were summarized. Their development status at wavelengths of 1. 064μm, 1.5μm - 1.6μm and 2μm was reviewed. The characteristics of the main schemes were compared. Finally, the new development in the future was predicated.
