国际化背景下新建本科院校学生国际化素质教育研究——以临沂大学为例

A Case Study on Quality Education of Students in Newly —built Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in International Background

国际化对我国高等教育及新建本科院校产生重要影响。为了实现国际素质人才培养,临沂大学在学校的"十二五"发展规划中明确了学校的培养目标,制定了《临沂大学国际视野培育过程实施方案》,完善了人才培养体系,建立了考评机制。实行国际素质人才培养工程以来,学校在促进学科建设、加强人才培育、推进学校国际化、提高学校声誉等方面取得了一系列显著的成效。

Intemationality plays a great role in the higher education and newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities in China.To achieve the international quality education in talents cultivation,Linyi University defined a clear training target in the＂Twelve Five-year＂development planning and made a practical plan,in which, a talents cultivation system has been perfected and an evaluation mechanism has been fonnded.Thereafter,a great achievements have been made in promoting discipline construction,strengthening talents cultivation, advancing the internationality,and enhancing reputation of our university.
