从儒家“和”的思想看高校和谐师生关系建设

The Construction of Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students in College under the Confucian "Harmony" Thought

儒家"和"的思想内涵是"以和为贵"、"和而不同"、"已所不欲,勿施于人"。这种思想对高校和谐师生关系建设具有三方面的启示:平等、互爱的师生关系是高校和谐师生关系建设的前提;尊重师生之间思想差异、独立思考是高校和谐师生关系建设的途径;师生之间的换位思考、宽以待人是高校和谐师生关系建设的不竭动力。

The connotation of Confucian＂harmony＂thought are harmony is most precious,harmony but not uniformity,do not do to others what you would not want others do to you.The thought has three enlightenments：equal and mutual love relationship is the premise of harmonious relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities;respecting the diversity in beliefs of teachers and students and thinking independently is the approach;transposition thinking and be broad-minded towards others are the inexhaustible power.
