摘要
内毒素是革兰氏阴性菌细胞壁外膜上的一种脂多糖成分。内毒素大量进入血液就会引起发热反应-"热原反应"。内毒素与多种感染疾病密切相关。内毒素可以引起脓毒症,而中药在治疗内毒素血症方面显示了一定的拮抗内毒素的作用。文中综述了近年来对内毒素,尤其是中药防治脓毒症方面的研究,并对开展中药在脓毒症防治中的研究进行了展望。
The endotoxins of Gram-negative bacteria are lipopolysaccharides.Endotoxin in blood can cause fever response-- ＂pyrogen reaction＂.Endotoxins are closely related to a variety of infections diseases.Endotoxin can cause sepsis and the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endotoxemia shows certain antagonistic role of endotoxin.This article reviews on the researches of the endotoxin,especially Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of sepsis.And the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of sepsis were prospected.
