摘要
本文以后金融危机时代在华日资企业为对象,通过对企业的经营、招聘、用人等方面的研究发现,随着企业的经营策略的转变,企业对日语人才的需求呈现出多样化的倾向。日语能力的高低不再是企业择才的唯一标准,企业需要有全方位知识结构的人才。同时,学历是一个方面,企业更需要具有人文内涵的人才。因此,我国的日语教育必须尽快脱离人才培养与社会需求相错位的怪圈,重视培养学生的人文精神,着重培养学习者步入社会后自我多元化的发展能力。
This paper takes the Japanese-funded enterprises in China in the post-financial crisis era as the research object.It discovers that with the changes in business strategy,the demand for Japanese talents shows diverse tendencies,by studying the aspects of management,recruitment.The level of Japanese language ability is no longer the only standard,talents with comprehensive knowledge are more welcomed in these enterprises.Diploma is only a certificate.The enterprises need talents with more cultural connotation.The Japanese language teaching in China,therefore,must walk out of the misplaced cycle of personnel training and social needs as soon as possible,pay more attention to training the students'humanism spirit, focus on the cultivation for learners self diversified development competence in society.
