城市居民运动休闲认知与参与现状的影响因子——以泉州市为例

The Resident Cognitivation and Participation Research of Sports and Leisure on the South of FuJian Province——A Quanzhou Perspective

采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法等对闽南地区泉州市城市居民运动休闲认知和参与现状进行研究,为闽南地区运动休闲产业发展提供参考。研究表明:研究对象中仅有7.2%非常了解运动休闲,但却有86.4%的人认为运动休闲重要和非常重要。极限探险类、健身健美类、竞争对抗类分别占所喜欢休闲运动类型的前三位;影响运动休闲参与因素中累计方差贡献率达到85%以上的公因子有5个。研究结论:泉州市居民对运动休闲认知上存在片面性和矛盾性,个人特征、个人偏好、运动条件是影响运动休闲参与重要因子,公众媒体、政府政策、社会时尚为主要因素的外在引导因子也对居民运动休闲参与有着重要影响。

By means of questionnaire,mathematical statistics and literature consultation,this article researched the cognitivation and participation of sports and leisure among Quanzhou residents,which offered reference for the development of the sports and leisure industry in the southern region.The results indicated that only 7.2 % of the subjects knew sports and leisure,but 86.4 % of people thought that sports and leisure was important for health;The top three favorite types of recreational sports were the body-building,novelty-exploring and competing sport and exercise.There were 5 common factors that affected sports participation,of which the cumulative variance contribution rate was up 85 %.The conclusion was that cognitive about sports and leisure was sidedness and contradictory in Quanzhou residents;The factors of self-character,self-favoritism and sport-condition affected the cognitivation and participation of sports and leisure;The external guide factor,as for as public media,government policies and social fashion,had an important impact on residents＇participation.
