基层医院内分泌科开展优质护理服务实施健康教育方法与效果

Research on carrying out the method and effect of high quality nursing service and implementing health education in endocrinology department of primary hospital

目的了解新疆博尔塔拉蒙古自治州人民医院内分泌科开展优质护理服务中实施健康教育的方法与效果。方法实行患者包干责任制整体护理;建立图文并茂的健康教育手册、常用药物使用说明书、阅读一角;利用"看图说话"糖尿病健康教育工具用书建立"移动的健康教育车"。开展优质护理服务前后,对220例患者及家属进行满意度调查。结果通过开展优质护理服务,实施健康教育,患者及家属的满意度从91.36%提高到98.18%,护士的理论及操作考核成绩明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务可以提高患者及家属的满意度及护士对疾病知识的掌握程度。

Objective To discuss the methods and effects of high quality nursing service and carry out healthy education in people＇s hospital of Xinjiang Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture. Methods We carried out the responsible system of holistic nursing care and to establish the illustrated healthy educa- tion manual, user manual of commonly used drugs and reading corner; we taken advantage of ＂vivid pictures＂ and diabetes healthy educational tools books, just like a ＂health education car＂. Pre and post carrying out the high quality nursing service, the satisfaction was investigated in 220 patients and relatives. Results Through the development of high quality nursing service and healthy education, the satisfaction of patients and relatives had been improved from 91.36% to 98.18%. Meanwhile, the theory and skill operate technical ability exams for nurses had improved significantly. The difference was statistically significant in our experiment （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Development of high quality nursing service, the patients＇ and the family% satisfaction, mastering of professional knowledge on nurses can be greatly improved.
