开放式结构换热器管子管板焊缝氦检漏新型检测装置的应用 被引量:2

New-style Leak Test Equipment for Tube to Tubesheet Welding of Opening Configuration Heat Exchanger

摘要 开放式结构换热器管子管板焊缝的氦检测由于其容器的二次侧结构的开放式特点,导致采用常规的氦检漏技术存在诸多的弊端。结合此类换热器的结构特点,通过对氦检漏技术的深入分析,研制新型检测装置并通过采用容器一次侧正压密封二次侧进行氦检漏的检测技术。在保证管子管板焊缝密封性能质量的前提下,缩短了氦检漏检测周期,提高了密封性能,同时也节省了检测密封成本。 The convention leak test for tube to tubesheet welding of opening configuration heat exchanger have been included many fall shorts in accordance with the secondary side opening configuration. A new -style leak test equipment was created and adapted the way that primary side plus pressure sealing and inspecting in the secondary side with using the converse analysis. The new - style technical leak test have cut down the inspection cyclic and increased the sealing nature and saved the sealing cost.
