摘要
本文通过山西省观象台和太原尖草坪气象站从2003年1月到2011年12月自动站（24次）二分钟风向和频率资料对比分析，得出山西省观象台随着测站探测环境发生改变，主导风向也发生改变。
The dominant wind direction change with the changing of Province Observatory based on the comparing and analysis of two minutes of the a wind cquisition environment in Shanxi direction and frequency data from Shanxi Province Observatory and Taiyuan Jiancaoping District weather station from January, 2003 to December, 2011.
