To construct a well-qualified and highly-skilled ＂double-qualified＂ teaching team familiar with the workflows of enterprises is crucial to the sustainable development of vocational colleges. Internships in enterprises play a major role in building a ＂double-qualified＂ teaching team. This essay analyzes the effectiveness of teachers＇ internships in enterprises in the aspects of deepening school-enterprise cooperation, accelerating the process of teachers＇ specializa- tion ,finding out differences between theories and practice, promoting teaching reforms, introducing enterprise cultures into the construction of campus cultures, and boosting the integration of campus and enterprise cultures.
