A Study on the Integrity of Vocational College Graduates in Employment

在分析高职院校毕业生就业诚信缺失现状及其原因的基础上,从构建完善的社会诚信监督体系、提高毕业生自身综合素质、加强诚信教育、完善用人单位人才选拔机制等途径,对如何实现高职院校毕业生诚信就业,提出相应的方法和措施。

By analyzing the current situation of the lack in the integrity of vocational college graduates in employment and possible reasons, this essay presents relevant methods and solutions in the aspects of building a complete moni- toring system for social integrity, increasing the comprehensive qualities of graduates, strengthening integrity educa- tion and perfecting the personnel selection mechanism of employers.
