Librarians' Tacit Knowledge Mining in the Perspective of Information

图书馆员作为图书馆知识资源中最具创造力的资源,其智力与经验都是极具开发价值的隐性资源。我们对隐性知识进行挖掘的目的是让更多的隐性知识显性化,以实现情报信息的最大价值。本文在探讨显性知识和隐性知识的基础上,分析了图书馆馆员隐性知识挖掘的重要性,提出了图书馆员隐性知识挖掘的主要举措。

As the most creative library resources of Knowledge resources, librarian＇s intelligence and experi- ence are hidden resources of great value. The purpose to mine tacit knowledge is to make it explic, and maximize the value of Intelligence information. The explicit knowledge and tacit one appear at the beginning of this paper, the analysis of the importance of librarians＇ tacit knowledge mining follows. In conclusion, measures of librarians＇ tacit knowledge mining are provided.
