行业环境对企业发展的作用不容忽视,随着近年来群体离职已经逐渐成为困扰企业的重要问题,探索行业环境对群体离职的作用就显得十分必要。本文基于行业环境视角,侧重从就业机会、薪酬水平、市场竞争、技术进步以及人才需求五个方面的行业环境要素出发,对已有群体离职研究文献进行归纳汇总,为完善群体离职理论和解决企业发展问题贡献微薄之力。

Industry environment on the role ot enterprise development can not be ignored Research on the impact of industry environment on collective turnover is vital for the devlopment of it because collective turnover is one of the many problems faced by enterprises, this paper researches Literature review of collective turnover in perspective of industry environment factors, namely, employment opportunity, salary level, market competition, technological progress and talent demand to improve the theory of collective turnover and provides solutions in de- veloping enterprises.
