随着我国高等教育大众化程度的加深,大学生就业形势发生了前所未有的变化,如何引导在校大学生做好职业生涯发展规划,是大学生职业生涯发展指导所要解决的主要任务。高等学校应通过加强组织领导、优化教学内容体系、加强本土化理论体系构建、加强师资队伍建设、加强教材体系建设、构建良好的工作运行体系等措施,切实加强高等学校大学生职业生涯指导工作。

With the deepening of higher education popularization, college students~ employment situation has been experienced unprecedented change. How to guide college students to do career de- velopment planning is the main task to be solved in college students＇ career development course. Higher education institutions should strengthen college students＇ career guidance work by strengthe- ning organization and leadership, optimizing teaching content system, increasing localization theory system construction,consolidating construction of teachers ＇ team, developing textbook system, con- structing a good working operation system and so on.
