摘要
心理契约是评价雇佣关系状态的重要指标。从心理契约概念的辨析入手,分析了影响心理契约建立的因素,提出了及时修补心理契约、塑造组织文化、注重双向选择的阶段性等心理契约破坏的弥合方法。
Psychological contract is an important indicator to evaluate the employment relation. The author analyzes the concept of psychological contract and factors affecting the establishment of psychological contract, and proposes approaches to bridge the psychological contract breach.
