By means of the investigation on the reform of rural credit cooperatives in Tongchuan city, the paper deeply analyses problems in orientation of the reform of rural credit cooperatives＇ property right system and management system, puts forward sugges- tions on deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives＇ property right system, perfecting corporate governance structure and pushing the orientation of Shaanxi joint credit cooperatives from administrant to servant.
