优化我国多元现金服务供给的思考

The Reflection on Optimizing Multiple Cash Service Supply in China

本文划分了现金服务的三个主要阶段,分别分析各阶段现金服务量和质的特性,指出混合型现金服务存在量的硬约束和质的软约束。在着重分析我国现金服务供求关系的基础上,对非营利现金服务组织进行了探讨,指出注重合作竞争、合理划分边界是优化我国多元现金服务供给的现实路径。

The paper divides the cash service into three stages, separately analyzes the characteristics of quantity and quality of cash service of each stage, and points out that there exist hard restraint in the aspect of quantity and soft restraint in the aspect of quality of mixed cash service. On the basis of the analysis on the relationship between supply and demand of cash service in China, the paper probes into non-profitable cash service organizations, and points out that paying attention to cooperation and competition and reasonably dividing boundaries are the feasible ways to optimize the multiple cash service supply in China.
