吲哚菁绿介导光动力作用对前房炎症的影响

摘要 目的观察吲哚青绿介导光动力作用对兔眼前房炎症的影响。方法 20只兔眼随机分为对照组(A组),吲哚青绿介导光动力组(B组)。分别对两组兔行晶状体超生乳化皮质吸出术:A组行常规白内障超声乳化术,B组皮质吸出后前房内注入0.5ml浓度为5mg/ml的ICG后用810nm的半导体激光对后囊膜进行低能量(50mw/cm)照射2min。术前、术后1d、7d、14d及30d应用激光闪光细胞检测仪测定前房房水闪辉值和细胞计数值。结果术前A、B组flare值分别为3.11±1.20、3.23±1.32,P>0.05。术后1d分别为16.63±5.22、16.62±5.65,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。术后30d分别为3.28±1.24、3.30±1.22,差值比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论与对照组相比吲哚青绿介导光动力作用对兔眼前房炎症反应无影响。 Objective To observe the impact on inflammatory reaction in anterior chamber when rabits received photodynamic therapy(PDT) with indocyanine green(ICG).Methods 20 rabbit's eyes were randomly divided into 2 groups: group A only received phacoemulsification;in group B,0.5ml ICG(5mg/ml) was injected in the capsular bag and the eye was illuminated with a semiconductor laser (wavelength 810nm) for 2min after the phacoemulsification. Anterior chamber flare and cell values were measured with Kowa Fc 2000 laser flare-cell meter preoperatively and ld,7d,14d and 30d postoperatively. Results The flare values of anterior chamber of group A and B preoperatively were 3.11 ± 1.20 and 3.23 ± 1.32.(P〉0.05). The flare walues of them on ld postoperatively were 16.63 ±5.22 and 16.62 ± 5.65,(P〉0.05), it was not statistically significant.The flare values on 30d postoperatively were 3.28 ± 1.24 and 3.30 ± 1.22, (P〉0.05), the differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with group A, there is no impact on inflammatory reaction in anterior chamber when rabits receive PDT with ICG.
