结直肠术后手术部位感染危险因素的分析 被引量：4

摘要 手术部位感染（surgical site infection，SSI）是指发生在手术后30d内的手术区域感染，是外科手术中最常见的并发症，在医院主要感染因素中排名第三位。一旦发生手术部位感染，不但影响病人疾病的治愈率（有时导致死亡），还会给病人造成经济损失，增加痛苦。全美每年因手术部位感染而增加的额外费用可高达3～10亿美元。
