3种光催化粉体材料在大鼠体内的分布代谢及毒性研究 被引量:1

Distribution and Metabolism of Three Kinds of Photocatalytic Nano-materials in Tissues of Mice

摘要 将纯纳米二氧化钛和铈掺杂纳米二氧化钛(Ce/TiO2)以及硅藻土(KL)负载型铈掺杂二氧化钛(Ce-TiO2/KL)三种光催化材料分别给大鼠28天长期灌胃染毒,用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)定量分析其在大鼠体内重要器官中分布及代谢情况,并进行病理组织学检查。结果表明,三组大鼠各组织器官中二氧化钛的积累量顺序:肺>心脏>肝脏>子宫和卵巢>肾脏>睾丸>脾脏>脑,纯二氧化钛主要在肺脏中积累的最多,在脑中积累的最少。三组大鼠肺脏均有炎性细胞产生;而铈掺杂Ce/TiO2组大鼠肾脏和硅藻土负载型Ce-TiO2/KL组大鼠的心脏也有少量炎性细胞,其他组织未见明显的形态学改变。表明3种光催化材料长期染毒对大鼠各脏器均有蓄积,但未造成严重中毒和死亡,毒副风险较低,有较好应用前景。 This paper investigated the distribution and metabolism of nano - TiO2 and two kinds of rare - earth doped nano- titanium dioxide (nano- TiO2, Ce/TiO2 and CeO2/TiO2 ) in mice. The mice were treated with nano -TiO2, Ce/TiO2 and Ce - TiOJKL powder by oral for 28 days. TiO2 in the tissues of the mice was detected by ICP - AES respectively. Meanwhile, histopathological evaluation was carried out. The order of TiO2 content in the organs was lung 〉 heart 〉 liver 〉 womb and ovary 〉 kidneys 〉 testicle 〉 spleen 〉 brain. TiO2 accumulation content was the highest in lung and the lowerest in brain. Inflammatory cells were found in lungs of the three group mice, in kidneys of Ce/TiO2 - treated group and in heart of treated group. The resulte of the study demonstrate that three kinds of nano - TiOz accumulated in all tissues of the mice, but did not lead to severe poisoning and death in the mice.
