摘要
该文介绍了地层测试器的工作原理及封隔器结构,分析了双封隔器的坐封及测压原理,设计了封隔器坐封性能测试装置,通过模拟井下封隔器工作环境,测试其坐封和自动解除坐封性能,验证了不同井径条件下封隔器承受内充压和两端差压的能力,为地层测试器双封隔器地层测试提供了重要的应用参数。
This paper presented the operational principle of formation tester and the structure of packer. The setting and pressure testing principle of dual packer were analyzed. The setting performance testing instrument was designed. The setting and relieving setting performance of packer was tested with the simulate working environment. The inflation pressure and differential pressure of packer was proved during holes with different size. Obtained the important application parameters of dual packer formation testing for the formation tester.
