摘要
针对某特种车辆的液压起竖系统,根据其运动状态和运动方程,分别建立了起竖液压缸活塞杆位移和流量计算模型、液压负载力矩计算模型和液压缸起竖力计算模型。基于AMESim软件建立起液压起竖系统及载荷的仿真模型,并进行了动态仿真,得到了液压缸活塞杆的位移和速度、液压缸无杆腔的压力与流量、液压负载力矩和起竖力等参量的曲线。分析各个参数动态特性,对与负载相关的参量有了定量的认识。研究结果可为起竖系统的结构优化设计、故障诊断提供参考。
The computational models of the cylinder's rod displacement and flow rate, the hydraulic load moment and the erection force of the cylinder in hydraulic erection system of the special vehicle were build up, according to the motion states and equation. Based on AMESim soft, simulation models of hydraulic erection system and its load were set up. Dynamic simulation was completed to get simulation curves of parameters interrelated load, such as the cylinder's rod displacement and velocity, pressure and flow rate in the cylinder volume without rod, the hydraulic load momentand the erection force. After analysis of the parameters' dynamic characteristic, quantificational acquaintanceship was got. The research conclusions can offer references for optimizing design and malfunction diagnosis.
