This paper researched the manufacturing proces, the assembly process and the test of products of the propulsion cylinder in the cylinder of shield series. It ensured that the performance requirements of products by improving the production process of the key parts and researching the assembly process of the products. This paper discussed on these issues about the machining, the assembly and the test of the cylinder and so on.
