摘要
目的探讨同种异体原位心脏移植患者手术前后的心电图特点及意义。方法选择我院2000～2011年行同种异体原位心脏移植术的患者19例,结合超声心动图,对其心电图变化进行回顾性分析。结果经心脏移植术后,患者室性早搏,室性心动过速,束支阻滞,心房颤动等心电图指标较前明显改善,差异有显著意义(p<0.05)。结论心电图对同种异体原位患者手术前后的动态变化及预后情况的判断有诊断意义。
Objective To Explore characteristics and significance of electrocardiogram ECG in patients with orthotopic heart transplantion. Methods We enrolled 19 patients in our hospital with allogeneic orthotopic heart transplantation from 2000-2011, combined with ultrasound echocardiographic monitoring, retrospective analysis of ECG changes. Results The patients with such as premature ventricular contractions, ventricular tachycardia, bundle branch block, atrial fibrillation improved significantly after treatment（p0.05）. Conclusion Surface ECG has significant value in diagnosis of orthotopic heart transplant patients before and after surgery.
