窄叶鲜卑花化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS FROM SIBIRAEA ANGUSTATA(REHD. ) HAND. —MAZZ(Ⅰ)

用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等色谱技术分离纯化窄叶鲜卑花的化学成分,通过理化方法和波谱数据确定化合物结构.从窄叶鲜卑花二氯甲烷浸膏中分离并鉴定了9个化合物:香草醛(1)、甲基阿魏酸(2)、对甲氧基桂皮酸(3)、N,N′-二环己基脲(4)、Valencic acid(5)、ω-羟基-3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙酮(6)、异阿魏酸(7)、咖啡酸(8)及3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(9),除化合物2、7及8外,其他化合物都为从该植物中首次报道,化合物5及6首次从蔷薇科得到,化合物4首次从植物体内得到.以上结果可为该药材的进一步研究开发提供参考.

Chemical constituents of dichloromethane extract of Sibiraea angustata （Rehd.） Hand.-Mazz. were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and determined with physichemical and spectral methods. Nine compounds were obtained and identified as vanillin （1）, methyl ferulic acid （2）, p-methoxy cinnamic acid （3）, N, N＇-dicyclohexylurea （4）, valencic acid （5）, ω- hydroxypropiovanillone （6）, isoferulic acid （7）, caffeic acid （8） and 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid （9）. Compounds other than 2, 7 and 8 were all reported for the first time from this plant. Compound 5 and 6 were obtained from family Rosaceae for the first time, and compound 4 obtained from plants for the first time. Such data are useful for further research and development.
