摘要
随着智能终端和移动应用的发展,移动内容服务的持续改善对用户持续使用的影响越来越重要。本文首先结合技术接受模型,构建了移动内容服务持续改善结构维度,提出相应的假设。然后以279名移动内容服务使用者为研究对象使用调查问卷收集数据,并通过探索性因子分析和结构方程建模对假设进行验证。研究表明,移动内容服务持续改善结构包括操作、外观、内容和服务四个部分。
With the development of intelligent terminal and mobile application, the continuous improvement of mobile content services has become more and more important to long-term usage by users. Based on the technology acceptance model, the continuous improvement of mobile content services' structure dimension was constructed, and the corresponding hypotheses were proposed. 279 mobile content services users were chosen as the research subjects, from who the questionnaire was collected. Exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling method were used to verify the hypotheses. Studies have shown that continuous improvement of mobile content services' structure includes four parts as operation, appearance, content and service.
