摘要
近年来浙江大学医学院附属第一医院的科研工作取得明显进展,其中学科发展思路、人才培养策略、科研激励政策在医院科研管理中起到了重要的作用。本文简要介绍了医院对提高科研水平所采取的措施和取得的成果,分析了科研管理中的关键要素。
In recent years, scientific research of our hospital has achieved remarkable progress with the implementation of discipline-centered ideology, personnel training strategy and adequate incentive policy. The paper briefly introduces the achievements in scientific research and the measures adopted, and analyzed the key factors associated with science research management.
