摘要 目前负压波泄漏定位法仅是基于试验研究基础之上,研究了管道泄漏有限元数值模拟方法。用FLUENT建立了二维气体管道泄漏模型,模拟稳态情况下管道内气体流动,然后将此数据作为初始值模拟非稳态情况下的气体流动,打开预先设置的泄漏口并提取了首末端压力变化信号。通过数值模拟对负压波定位公式进行了修正。选择小波分析法进行压力信号的去噪处理,采用邻域差值法寻找压力突降点,计算泄漏点的位置。 Negative pressure wave methods for leak location were based only on experimental studies. The finite element method was researched in this paper. Firstly, the two dimensional model of leak pipe was established by using the finite element analysis software FLUENT. The steady-state case of gas flow was simulated. Secondly, previous data were used as the initial value of unsteady simulation. The preset location of leak was opened and the pressure signal was monitored. The negative pressure wave localization formula was improved by numerical simulation. Wavelet analysis was chosen to remove noise. Lastly, neighborhood difference method was used to find the pressure dump point and determine the location of leak.
