高含硫粉煤灰引起的路面破坏机理分析

摘要 昆山开发区多条主干道都发生了大面积的路面波状隆起现象。现场开挖和取样分析发现面层以下的二灰碎石层和二灰稳定层出现大面积破坏,工程中使用的粉煤灰中三氧化硫含量达到10%以上。通过试验,分析了高含硫粉煤灰的含硫量和现场取样的残余膨胀率,介绍了高含硫粉煤灰产生体积膨胀的机理,探讨了改善高含硫粉煤灰体积安定性的方法。 The large area of pavement wavy uplift happen on many main trunk roads in Kunshan Development Area.The field excavation and sampling analysis find out that the large area of lime fly ash gravel base and lime fly ash stabilized layer are damaged below the surface layer,and the content of sulfur trioxide in fly ash used for the project is more than 10%.According to the experiments,the article analyzes the sulfur content of fly ash containing the high sulfur and the residual expansion rate of the field sampling, introduces the mechanism of fly ash containing high sulfur to produce the volume expansion,and discusses the method to improve the volume stabilization of fly ash containing high sulfur.
