谈对签署建设工程《工程质量保修书》应注意的问题

Discussion on Terms for Attention in Project Guarantee Book for Construction Project

随着科学技术的发展,新材料、新工艺、新技术在建设项目中的应用越来越广泛,建设工程项目的质量标准和装饰装修的档次也发生了巨大的变化,但现有《工程质量保修书》约定的保修内容已不能满足建设工程项目保修的要求。该文通过对工程保修中常见问题分析,针对目前保修条款的约定内容提出建议,为承发包双方签订保修书提供参考,以减少在工程保修期承发包双方的争议。

With the development of science and technology,the new materials and new technologies have been widely used in the construction projects.The quality standards and decoration levels of construction projects have been changed a lot as well.But the current terms in Project Guarantee Book are no longer able to meet the demands of construction projects.Through analyzing the common questions in engineering guarantee,this article puts forward the proposals for the current guarantee terms,which provides the references for the owners and the contractors in order to minimize the disputes between the two sides during project guarantee period.
