The article describes the reconstruction of cement concrete pavement into the penetrated asphalt pavement in Huancheng(E) Road Project of Fengxian District in Shanghai,and introduces the application of penetrated asphalt pavement and rubber asphalt stress adsorbing layer technology from the material selection,mixture ratio,construction of pavement and drainage pipe,and the characteristics and actions of rubber asphalt sealing,which can be referenced for the similar projects.
