为了从根源上预防长隧道交通事故的发生,该文基于主动型的事故预防理论,提出了隧道交通事故征候的概念,进而建立了隧道事故征候体系,找出隧道交通事故的潜在隐患,并且提出了若干有效的应对措施和管理方案,改进了隧道安全管理,提高了安全水平,使隧道交通安全由被动的事故预防变为主动的事故征候预防。

In order to ultimately prevent the cause of the long tunnel traffic accident,and based on the initiative accident preventing theory,the article puts forward the conception of tunnel traffic accident symptom,and then sets up the tunnel accident symptom system,finds the potential dangers of tunnel traffic accident,proposes several effective countermeasures and management schemes so as to improve the tunnel security management and to enhance the security level,which make the passive accident prevention of tunnel traffic security become the initiative accident symptom prevention.
