港区出入口客货专用闸口优化管理研究 被引量:1

摘要 闸口是港区集疏运交通的咽喉,闸口交通运行状况的好坏直接影响着港区出入口交通的运行效率,以闸口延误与交通冲突次数为交通运行效率和安全评价指标,确定仿真参数,设计仿真模型并进行仿真实验现行的客货混行闸口和客货专用闸口设计及动态管理因素下的延误及冲突数据。结果表明:与普通的客货混行闸口相比,取交通流量阈值较小时,运用客货专用闸口设计并实施动态管理的仿真模型延误和交通冲突次数都有着明显的优化,是一种有效且可行的方法。最后基于实验结论提出港区闸口的布置形式进行优化设计和动态管理的措施。 The gate is the key link of harbor collecting and distributing traffic.The quality of gate traffic operation directly influences the operation efficiency of harbor entrance traffic.Taking the gate delay and traffic conflict number as the traffic operation efficiency and security evaluation index,the article defines the simulative parameters and design simulating model,and carries out the simulative experiment of the delay and conflict number based on the design and dynamic management factors of the current passenger-freight gate and the passenger and freight gates.The result shows that the gate design of passenger and freight gates,and the dynamic management of simulation model delay and traffic conflict number are more obviously optimized than the common passenger-freight mixing gate by smaller traffic flow threshold,which is an efficient and feasible method.Based on the experimental conclusion,the article puts forward the measures of optimization design and dynamic management for the layout type of harbor gate.
