摘要
为建立GM6001微乳中GM6001的含量测定方法,采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shiseido C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-三氟醋酸(25∶75∶0.02)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为220 nm。结果:GM6001在0.5~200μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1。平均回收率为98.74%,RSD为1.55%。该方法简便、准确、专属,可用于GM6001微乳的含量测定。
To establish an accurate method for the determination of GM6001 in the microemulsion formulation, the RP-HPLC assay was conducted on a Shiseido C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile : water: trifluoroacetic acid (25: 75: 0.02) with a flow rate of l. 0 mL . min and detection at 220 nm. It is result that linearity of ilomastat in concentration curve was in a range of 0. 5 - 200μg· mL- 1 ( r = 1 ) The average recovery was 98.74% with a RSD of 1.55%. It is conclused that method is simple, accurate, specific and suitable for the content determination of ilomastat in ilomastat microemulsion.
