摘要 镇泾油田长8油藏开展水平井获得一定成功,探索了镇泾油田长9油藏有效开发方式,评价水平井开发长9油层单井产能,部署水平井HH42P1井。根据HH37P1井和HH37P2井的钻井经验,通过缩小一级井身结构,二开使用8 1/2!钻头,水平段使用6!井眼完井,优选高效PDC钻头,优化钻压、排量等钻井参数,加强现场施工人员和设备的管理,使提速取得突出进展。在保证成井率的前提下,平均机械钻速较HH37P1和HH37P2井提高50%以上,平均钻井周期缩短20%以上,目的层平均井径扩大率控制在10%以内,单井套管较HH37P1井节约70t,钻井费用降低20%以上,为镇泾油田水平井优快钻进提供技术经验。 [ Abstract ] In order to explore the Zhenjing oilfield Chang 9 reservoir development methods and evaluate hori- zontal wells to develop Chang 9 well productivity, HH42P1 is deployed ,when Zhenjing field Chang 8 reservoir car- ried out horizontal wells and obtained a certain success Zhenjing oilfield conducted studies on optimum drilling According to HH37P1 and HH37P2 drilling experience, technologies, including reducing the body structure of thewell, using 17/2 "dill bit in the second spud, using 6" dill bit for horizontal section, optimization PDC bit, drillingparameters and strengthening the management of site construction personnel and equipment. By using these tech- niques, I-IH42P1 drilling speed improved by more than 50% ; drilling cycle was reduced by more than 20%. Objec- tive layer borehole diameter enlargement rate was controlled within 10% ;the casing was saved by more than 70 t and drilling costs was reduced by more than 20%. This well provided technical experience for Zhenjing oilfield hori- zontal well optimum drilling.
