摘要
响应谱是用来计算结构在包括多种频率的瞬态激励下的响应,是一种将模态分析的结果,与一个已知的谱联系起来计算模型的响应的分析技术。通过响应谱分析可以快速找出在瞬间载荷作用时产生最大响应的区域。用pro/e软件建立了汽车驾驶室的三维仿真模型,并在workbench进行模态分析。将分析后的结果数据与加速度谱和速度谱在Response Spectrum进行模态合并求解,从中找出结构在受到瞬间载荷作用时产生最大响应的区域,为整车的减振降噪改进提供一定的理论依据。
The response spectrum is used to calculate the structural response which is under the multi-frequen- cy and transient incentive condition. An analysis technique that the results of a modal analysis contacts with the known spectral response to calculate the response of the model. Response spectrum analysis is a quick way to iden- tify the place of the maximum response in the moment of load. Through usage the Pro/e software a three-dimension- al simulation model in the automobile cab is established and implemented the modal analysis in the workbench soft- ware. The results of analytical data will carry out the modal merger and solving with acceleration spectra and veloci- ty spectra under the response spectrum situation. Then the largest ring force of place can be found out which struc- ture receives the effect of instantaneous load. Meanwhile that can provide the theoretical basis for the reduction im- provement of the entire vehicle noise of antivibration.
