文章通过分析目前广西高速公路建设普遍采用的"一级监理"模式在质量管理中存在的缺陷,提出业主选择第三方检测机构组建中心试验室的必要性。并以六宜路中心试验室为例,指出业主中心试验室在质量管理中的不可替代的作用,是公路建设质量管理不可或缺的关键环节,是目前高速公路总监办、承包人质量控制管理水平参差不齐的有益补充。

In the paper,the defect of primary supervision model in quality management which is commonly used in Guangxi highway construction has been analysied.ln order to overcome this shortcomings, also the necessary is discussed for Project managers choosing third- party testing organization to set up the Central Laboratory.In the Liuzhai-Yizhou highway pro- ject, for example, The irreplaceable role of center laboratory in the quality management of highway is indispensable key link of highway construction quality management.
