摘要
餐饮服务的快速与高质发展,服务结构的优化与升级需要依靠高新技术的进步来推动。通过针对嵌入性理论和餐饮服务技术的研究背景进行梳理,归纳出餐饮服务的流程结构。在此基础上对餐饮服务体系的技术需求进行分析,并提出了餐饮服务技术需求结构图。最后,研究针对该体系探讨了餐饮服务技术嵌入的原则与路径。
The rapid speed and high quality development of catering service, optimization and upgrade of service structure need to propel the modem technology. The study reviews the embedding and catering services technology and summarizes the process structure of the accommodation services process. Based on this, the study analyzes the requirements of catering service and puts forward the requirements graph of the catering services technology, then discusses the embedded principles and paths of the catering service technology.
