640层螺旋CT、超声心动图与左心室造影评价左心功能的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的应用640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图及导管法左心室造影定量评价左心功能,探讨640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图和导管法左心室造影对左心功能评价的相关性及640层螺旋CT在冠心病左心功能评价中的应用价值。方法临床拟诊冠心病的患者58例,均行640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图和导管法左心室造影检查。结果 640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图和导管法左心室造影等三种方法的心功能指标差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图检查指标EDV、ESV、SV相关性高(r值分别为0.853、0.799、0.778)。640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图和导管法左心室造影等三种方法检测EF值差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),相关性高(r值分别为0.696、0.677、0.654)。结论 640层螺旋CT在左心功能定量评价方面准确、可靠,一次640层CT检查可以同时评估冠脉狭窄情况和左心功能。超声心动图也具有重要临床应用价值。 Objective To assess the correlations between 640-CT,echocardiography in assessment of left ventricular function and to compare the results with Catheterization Left Ventricle Angiography (LVG). Methods 58 patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease(CAD) underwent 640-CT, echocardiography and LVG. Results There was no significant difference among the measurements for 640-CT, echocardiography and LVG of the left ventricular function parameters(P0.05).A strong correlation between 640-CT and echocardiography(r=0.778~0.853)was found for End-diastolic-volume(EDV), end-systolic-volume(ESV), stroke-volume(SV). There was no significant difference among the left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) for 640-CT, echocardiography and LVG of the left ventricular function parameters(P0.05). A strong correlation among 640-CT, echocardiography and LVG(r=0.654~0.696)was found for EF. Conclusion 640-CT angiography of the heart is noninvasive assessment of the coronary artery,whereas the analysis of left ventricular parameters provides additional information of cardiac function without further radiation exposure or scan time.
