中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作84例

The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disecse at acule attack

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期的疗效。方法将168例慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各84例,两组均给予西医的常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟中草药汤剂(麻黄,杏仁,生石膏,甘草,黄芪、党参,地龙,丹参,当归,双花,黄芩,桑白皮,桔梗,川芎、生地)口服,观察两组患者症状、血气分析主要指标变化。结果治疗组的症状、血气分析主要指标的改变均优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作疗效可靠。

Objective Observation of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute attack stage effect.Methods 168 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute attack stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 84 cases in each group, two groups were given routine treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Chinese herbal decoction of Ephedra Decoction （, almond, gypsum, licorice root, astragalus, Codonopsis, earthworm, Salvia miltiorrhiza, angelica, Radix Scutellariae, Shuanghua, mulberry, Campanulaceae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, raw land） oral, two groups were observed in patients with symptoms, blood gas analysis, blood rheology indexes change.Results The treatment group of symptoms, blood gas analysis of main index change was better than the control group.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease acute reliable curative effect.
