摘要
传统物业管理已不能适应绿色建筑"四节一环保"的要求,绿色建筑的快速发展亟待绿色建筑物业管理创新.笔者阐述了我国绿色建筑的发展、趋势及问题,深入分析了物业管理在绿色建筑全寿命周期的地位和作用,从理念、制度、模式、技术四个方面研究了绿色建筑物业管理创新的途径与方法.
The rapid development of green buildings is badly in need of property management innovation, because the traditional property management is not up to the standard of four savings (refers to saving land, saving energy, saving water and saving materials) and one environmental protection for green buildings. This paper expounds the development, trend and issues of green buildings in China, does an in-depth analysis of the status and role of the property management in the whole life cycle of green buildings, and then researches the approaches and methods of property management innovation for green buildings in the four aspects of philosophy, system, model and technique.
