Build Efficient Operation Mechanism of Cultivated Land Consolidation of Baoding

通过对保定市2002—2010年耕地资源数据和国民生产总值数据进行分析,得出耕地资源供需矛盾突出是摆在当前的重要难题,耕地整理作为增加耕地面积的有效途径引起广泛关注。在此基础上,进一步探索了耕地整理中存在的问题并有针对性的构建了耕地整理的高效运行机制。

Analysis of the data about land resource and GDP from 2002—2010, concluded that the contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land resources become an important problem in the current, cultivated land consolidation, as an effective way of cultivated land area increased aroused widespread concern.on this basis, to further explore the problems in farmland consolidation and targeted construction of farmland consolidation and efficient operation mechanism.
